In this section, you’ll find all the information that governs navigation on our website, ticket purchases, and participation in the activities of the Global Summit. We want you to have a safe, transparent, and enriching experience — that’s why we explain here your rights, responsibilities, and the general conditions that apply to both the virtual and in-person formats of the event. We invite you to read this document carefully. By continuing on the site or registering, we will understand that you agree to these terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any of the activities before or during the Global Summit – Legal Hackers 2025 (hereinafter “the event”), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, we recommend not continuing to use this site or participating in the event.
2. General event information
The event will take place on October 22 and 23, 2025, with a virtual day on October 22 and an in-person day in Bogotá on October 23. Some virtual and educational pre-event activities will take place between July and October.
3. Tickets and Participation

Ticket purchases are made through this website and are subject to availability and the dates assigned to each sales phase.

If you're outside Bogotá or abroad, you may purchase a virtual ticket, which grants access to the pre-event activities and the academic day on October 22.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Refunds are not accepted, except in the event of total cancellation by the organizers.
4. Code of Conduct
We promote a diverse, safe, inclusive, and respectful community. Any discriminatory, violent, or disrespectful behavior — whether in virtual or physical spaces — will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any participant.
5. Use of Image and Content
By attending the event, you authorize the use of your image in photos, videos, and other content that may be used to promote the event on social media, digital platforms, and other institutional channels.
6. Intellectual Property
All content shared during the event (talks, presentations, workshops, visual materials) belongs to its respective authors and/or the event. Full or partial reproduction is not permitted without prior authorization.
7. Changes to the Schedule
The event agenda may be subject to changes without prior notice, including speakers, schedules, and dynamics. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
8. Personal Data Protection
We are committed to the privacy and responsible handling of your data. By registering, you accept our privacy policy and consent to receive information related to the event and its sponsors. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
